We had a ton of plums that were given to us and I wanted to do something with them before we leave tomorrow to pick up Tyler. So, I looked through my mom's European baking book and found a recipe for a plum tart, which is eaten a lot in Germany. My aunt actually made one for us once when she was visiting. Well, it turned out to be really good and not that difficult to make. I made an extra one for a friend and still did not use up all the plums. Tasty!
