Guess Where?

Guess where we are going for Christmas? DISNEYLAND!!!! Michael, Tyler, David, and I are leaving the 23rd and coming back the 28th. We have reservations at the Blue Bayou, Ariels Grotto, and Character Breakfast on Main Street. I know, everyone is shocked. We are excited to get away.

Go Canada!

Not really but when we were at Niagra Falls Tyler wanted a Canada hockey shirt. He wore it today for the first time so I snapped a shot. He looks great.

Cooking

I am cooking again now that Tyler is home and have been making some yummy things with spaghetti squash. I never tried it before but really like it. I made Chicken Cacciatore (Giada) and Pork Medallions with Pears and Spaghetti Squash (Emeril). I made the pork last night and really love it. The spaghetti squash in this recipe would be good as a side dish. What I like most about spaghetti squash - NO SEEDS! I wonder if it is easy to grow. I will have to try it next year since it is the only squash I really like.

Tyler's Mission Sign

I can't believe I forgot to post this. When we got home from picking up Tyler, we noticed this sign on our balcony. Actually, we did not notice it right away but when we did I was so thrilled. A friend of mine came by and did this. It was so kind and thoughtful. I have some great friends. Thanks YuneJa!
